These terms explain general use of this website and our enquiry services.
Enquiries and reservations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A reservation exists only once the relevant venue explicitly confirms availability, the agreed price and any deposit or payment requirements in writing.
Information and prices
Descriptions are intended to assist planning and may change. Rates, tax treatment, inclusions, room assignments and event packages must be checked with the relevant venue before payment.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate booking details and respect property rules, staff, other visitors and local law. Supervision of minors and safe participation in leisure activities are the responsibility of the guest or guardian, subject to venue instructions.
Limitations
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Kenyan law. Where a signed contract or confirmed booking specifies additional terms, that agreement governs the booking to the extent lawfully permitted.
