How we handle enquiries

Sirwo & Cranes collects the contact details, property preference, dates, guest count and message you voluntarily submit to respond to hospitality enquiries and arrange requested services. We use the information to contact you, manage your enquiry and maintain appropriate operational records.

Enquiries are stored in a restricted-access database and are not publicly displayed. Access should be limited to authorised hotel staff. We do not collect payment information on this site. Please do not submit sensitive financial or identity documents through the enquiry form.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting the hotel through its published official channels. A full policy including the legal entity, contact address, retention periods and third-party processors should be finalised before launch.

This website may fetch fonts and illustrative photographs from external providers, whose own privacy practices may apply.
